A one night minimum deposit will be taken at the time of booking. For stays of more than three nights a 1/3 deposit will be taken. Fourteen days written notice of cancellation is required for a refund minus a $20 processing fee. If less than fourteen days notice of cancellation is given prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit unless room is re-rented. In addition, if you cancel nights of your multiple night stay with less than 14 days written notice once you have checked-in, you are responsible for your remaining nights unless room is re-rented.
