For stays of 5 nights or less, a deposit of one night's stay will secure your reservation. If you cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days from your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. In addition, if you cancel nights of your multiple night stay with less than 14 days notice once you have checked-in, your credit card will be charged an additional night. If rooms are re-rented, appropriate adjustments will be made to cancellation charges.
